The founder of Irving Media Consultants has been an entrepreneur on and off since she was 20, shaped early on by the work of building something from the ground up alongside her late husband. Today she leads a consulting practice with 18 years of partner experience behind it, helping businesses expand their brand presence, strengthen public relations, reduce turnover, and develop diverse revenue strategies across professional services, consulting, music and entertainment, publishing, and media. Her process starts with identifying the gaps and opportunities inside an organization, then delivering a clear project plan with timelines, cost analysis, and the systems and teams needed to execute it. She works closely with founders in the community because she sees herself in them, the kind of people who spot real problems, fund the solutions themselves, and often keep a 9 to 5 while doing it.
