Before founding Sukha Life, Lisa Botts spent years in business development and marketing for a global hair care manufacturer. A layoff during the pandemic turned out to be a natural unfolding rather than a setback, opening the door to a sound bath practice that quickly grew into four or five sessions a day, five to six days a week, as people searched for ways to regulate their nervous systems. That work became the foundation for the Live Easy Method, an eight-year project rooted in the belief that the nervous system shapes everything from the partners we choose to the small daily decisions we make for ourselves and our families. Through Sukha Life, Lisa helps people feel safe, steady, and supported in their bodies again, offering a practice grounded in regulation and softness rather than force, performance, or one more thing to do.
