Leidy Milla Berasconi is the founder and owner of Mrs. Leidy Academy inspired by her two-decade long experience of running a childcare business in Palmdale, California.

As a first-generation Peruvian-American woman, her goal is to empower other women entrepreneurs to see past difficult situations, think critically and creatively, and determine solutions that will both help them succeed and provide the best quality of care to the children and families that they serve. Through her successful social media channels, Leidy have been able to reach a broader audience and share this vision with others all the while continuing to direct and operate her own successful home childcare center, Bilingual Learning Center, in Palmdale, CA.
